We guarantee to replace defective items immediately with the same product or, at our discretion, an alternative product (of equal or greater value) and to your satisfaction. We must be informed within 7 days of delivery and the original products must be made available for return within a further 3 days.

In the event of that a product is found to be defective we guarantee to replace the item with the same item or an item of (of equal or greater value) and to your satisfaction.
In the event that a product is returned as it is deemed to be not suitable by the customer, a 20% restocking charge and a collection charge will apply. An assembly/dis-assembly charge may also apply if appropriate.
